Two separate programs, because every player comes to the gym for something different.
Our Skill Development sessions are open to any player, and are best suited for girls seeking fun, friendship, and fundamentals.
Our Travel Team pathway is built for players seeking a competitive, invitation-based team experience.
Where The Journey Begins
Skill Development is a great place to start, where players build their fundamentals, learn our coaching philosophy, and become part of the Triple Threat community.
Graduates of our Skill Development programs, if they can demonstrate growth, commitment, and readiness for the next challenge, are strongly encouraged to attend next year's ID Camp for possible Travel Team selection.
Skill Development
Weekly sessions open to any player, no tryout required. A detailed, developmentally-appropriate grasp of fundamental individual skills, taught with a mix of instruction, fun games, and challenges.
Winter and Spring are separate registrations — sign up for either season, or both.
Late registration pro-rated — contact Coach Rob for details.

All Skill and Experience Levels Welcome
Night League club player, school-team player, or never played on a team before? Whatever your daughter’s background, she’ll be supported at Triple Threat. Our Skill Development sessions are built to meet the needs of many different kinds of players. Coach Rob teaches every fundamental in levels, so each player can take on any activity at the difficulty that suits her — and our alumni staff are there to step in when something is too easy or too hard.
Not Sure Where to Start?
Ask what your daughter is looking for. If she wants to improve her game, exercise, have fun, and develop friendships, Skill Development is built for her — no experience or tryout needed. If she's driven to compete at the highest level she can, the Travel Team pathway is the better fit.
Still not sure? Reach out to Coach Rob directly — he's happy to help you find the right fit.
Winter Skill Development and Identification Camp registration is open.
