Training for a Travel Team

Be challenged by the complexity and intensity of Travel Team training. Coaches will be evaluating players for invitation to the formal Travel Team Assessment.

6 Hours of High-Level Coaching

Each age group gets three two-hour sessions:

Missed All or Part of the ID Camp?

If you didn’t find out about the ID Camp in time, it may not be too late. Late registration is possible at a pro-rated fee — register at the full fee, and Coach Rob will refund the difference for any sessions already missed. If you missed the camp entirely but would still like your daughter considered at Assessments, please contact Coach Rob directly to discuss your situation.

The First Step to a Travel Team

The primary purpose of Identification Camp (ID Camp) is to assess players for possible invitation to Travel Team Assessments on Sunday, October 18. It's the first step in our Travel Team pathway.

If your daughter is keen to attend ID Camp but you know she won't be interested in a Travel Team, please join our ID Camp waitlist instead of registering outright. This way, camp spots go first to players interested in trying out — and if spots remain closer to the date, we'll fill them from the waitlist.

ID Camp vs Skill Development Sessions

The training level and expectations at ID Camp are high, and we move quickly into more advanced concepts. We recommend at least one year of club (e.g. Night League) basketball.

If your daughter is newer to basketball, with less team experience, our Skill Development programs will likely be the best fit for her.

That said, if she hasn’t played club basketball, she may still be a good fit for ID Camp if she has:

Coaching & Capacity

All sessions are led by Coach Rob, with support from our Alumni and other trusted coaches and mentors from our basketball community.

Sessions are intentionally capped at approximately 30 players to maintain a high-quality learning environment and provide meaningful individual feedback.

Alumni: Role Models in the Room

Triple Threat alumni — high schoolers in Grades 9–12 who came up through Coach Rob's programs — help out at camp too. Not distant idols, but real, present examples of what these skills look like a few years down the road.
